Sydney Bernice Sweeney and the Met Gala carpet-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          She dressed to the nines.- Sydney Sweeney attended the MET Gala carpet as on cloud nine. The Euphoria actress surprised everyone with a beautiful outfit for the occasion. Sweeney has brought her bombshell red carpet style to the Met Gala.

The Euphoria star turned heads at fashion’s biggest night in a ruched blush gown by Miu Miu embellished with clear jewels and large silver sequins all over—including at the straps. The curve-hugging soft pink dress additionally featured a breezy skirt and a large black bow at the bottom. Sweeney finished the maximalist look with a matching black bow on her hair, which she wore in cascading curls.

First, the hair—the star’s gorgeous blonde strands are giving a voluminous blowout (the work no doubt of her hair stylist Glen Oropeza), giving her a lift at the roots and effortlessly wispy ends. To complement her bouncy finish, she draped a sizeable black bow over the top of her head, a nod to a similar accent at the bottom of her gown. As she walked the steps, her hair had that sort of easy movement that only seemed possible on movie sets.

Jewelry – Sweeney wears diamond rings, earrings designed by Bucherer Fine Jewelry, and even a jewel-encrusted pointy manicure.

Makeup-She wore shimmering rosy makeup and had her blonde hair styled in voluminous waves. For glam, the Washington native kept it soft and subtle, with light pink shadow and a matching lip. Sweeney was glimmering in her embellished Miu Miu gown.  Pretty in Pink- The actress matched her rose-colored ensemble with soft pink makeup hues. Elevated Elegance

Sweeney also had her makeup artist Melissa Hernandez prep her skin with Laneige products and use a full face of Armani Beauty to create her glowy airbrushed glam. Hernandez used the brand’s signature Luminous Silk Foundation ($69) for complexion, a hint of blush, and a custom blend of liquid eye tints to create a “rosy-champagne” shade. This subtle yet effective pink accent pulled the entire look together. But it didn’t stop there; manicurist Zola Ganzorigt also gave Sweeney the Barbie treatment by embellishing her bubblegum pink almond-shaped nails with what looks like tiny pearls or crystals for an elevated version of a French nail we all know and love.

Outfit-A standout aspect of the Anywhere But You star’s gown was the gorgeous long flowing train. Then there is the fashion. If Barbie went to the Met Gala, I can’t help but think this is what she would wear. The Miu Miu gown hugged Sweeney’s curves in all the right places, and the mermaid silhouette was complete with blush tulle fabric and adorned with gemstone flowers from the top down. It’s giving classic and effortless glamor, fit for a Barbie doll.
Sweeney made her Met Gala debut at last year’s event—to which she was fashionably late due to New York City’s infamous traffic. Then, she wore an elegant white Tory Burch gown with a peplum waist and detachable skirt, paired with silver heels by Aquazzura and Boucheron jewelry. Since then, she has become a red carpet regular.

Sweeney — who is engaged to fiancé Jonathan Davino — attended Monday’s gala solo after previously sparking affair rumors with co-star Glen Powell. The twosome just wrapped filming R-rated romantic comedy Anywhere But You in Australia and have recently been spotted filming steamy scenes and enjoying various off-set outings with cast and crew.
